Q. Who are we?

Obviously you found your way through our social media or website so you know what we call ourselves, but who are the faces behind KBB Digital? Who actually picks up the phone and takes the time to understand and coordinate the best way to help your business grow? Or, who designs your stunning and user friendly websites so your audience can get in touch, book services and find what they need? Or, who has a wealth of marketing knowledge and expertise that they can use to help your business grow? Or, who creates social media posts and captions for your target audience to engage in so they better understand who you are and what you have to offer?

We have had a little bit of fun answering some Q&A type questions. Over the next few months we will be sharing a little more about each of us and how we help to create the team that is KBB Digital. Next up…

“Or the ability to spin around and change into a new outfit”

Q. What is your favourite part about your job?

A. I love helping people, problem solving and being creative. I get to do all three here. I love being able to create something that communicates a business’s unique message, story or value in a creative way, especially when I am able to create something that exceeds what the client had in mind and continue to learn and grow my own skills.

Q. What did you want to be when you were small?

A. Dolphin trainer, marine biologist or hairdresser

Q. What was your first job?

A. Working as a reception assistant and then receptionist at a swimming school. I filed, dusted, took payments and printed (and entered) class sheets.

Q. Would you rather win the lottery or work at the perfect job? And why?

A. I think I would rather work the perfect job which would pay enough to supplement paying for everything I needed and still have some left for holidays and other goodies. I think having the dream job would create meaning and gives me something productive, be proud of and work towards. It would also holds me accountable to be productive and probably push me more to do and think and experience things outside of what I would put on myself. So as long as the perfect job also came with a perfect salary I would choose that, which it would, it’s perfect…

Q. If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

A. If I could live anywhere I think I would live in a tiny house or van that had everything I needed (excessively decked out for a tiny home or van) and was nicely designed and decorated so that I could live in, and explore a whole lot of places. As long as it had room for my dog and my partner Tom, I’d love to be able to live anywhere that had fresh air, open space, things to look at and explore and a cosy warm bed.

Q. If you were a super-hero, what powers would you have?

A. Definitely teleportation! If I could pop out into another part of the world, instantly go home after a camping trip or even (lazily) pop down to the shops when I realised I forgot something that would be a lifesaver! Or the ability to spin around and change into a new outfit (remember The Sims…) instantly without having to wash and put away clothes would be pretty sweet. That would just be ‘super’ though and not really ‘hero-y’…
